Customer requested that we implement DuckDuckGo's SafeSearch. See https://duck.co/help/features/safe-search for more info.
Along with this, we can implement SafeSearch for Yandex.

DuckDuckGo and Yandex have been added to our list of SafeSearch providers! This makes DNSFilter the most comprehensive supporter of SafeSearch functionality.
To turn on this feature, select a policy and navigate to the SafeSearch tab. You will see switched to turn on both settings.
(Existing customer settings have not been impacted. If you previously were blocking DuckDuckGo or Yandex, they will continue to be blocked unless SafeSearch for these providers is turned on.)

We had looked into this in the past and been requesting it from DDG -- I see they've now implemented it in a way we can support! Adding this to our roadmap.
