Description

Branded Blocked Webpage - No Certificate Required

I was messing around with ControlD's config pages for a family member's network and found their branded block page. Basically it allows you to specify the URL of an image (e.g., hosted locally or Imgur, etc.) with some basic text (header, description) and ability to link a website or email address. DNSFilter should consider this option. It does not require installing a certificate on each client.

Add username, roaming client/relay, and blocked_at keys to 302 redirect block page configuration

Requesting the ability to add block time, username, and client/relay keys to the 302 redirect block page configuration.

Change contact form to display automatically for block page

On the block page, it would save the enduser a step if the contact form displayed intially, rather than having to "click here". This would save a click on the visitor side, as well as making a website unblock notification request more efficient to process on our end, since clients see our logo and don’t see the “click here” so they submit a vague support request that requires more time to investigate and process.

Recategorization request from block page

Allow users to submit a Recategorization request right from block page.

Redirect from suicidal/self-harm websites to resources to receive help.

Redirects for users accessing suicidal and self-harming content to resources for mental health, hotlines, etc.

RTL in Hebrew

Is it possible to add an RTL tag on block pages for right to left languages (Hebrew) to make it more readable. (dir=rtl)

Block Page Notice Email Settings

Provide the ability to add or pull from the Company information and add it to the summary for alerts when an end-user wishes to unblock websites. And/or use the end user's email as who is the sender of the request to unblock. Currently, the alert is a generic summary line, and the email comes from a generic email address. I am unable to parse it to assign it the proper company in my ticketing system.

Add a whitelist button in the Website Block Notification email which adds to the Policy.

Bypass Username and Password

It would be great to perhaps have the option to require a username and password for bypassing a block policy.

Include Policy ID within Deafult Block Page

Currently the block page only displays the Policies friendly name for example "Office" the issue is that multiple policy names can be identical. solution would be to also include the Policy Id which is Unique or Not to allow Policy Names to be identical within the Entire MSP
