We would love Manage and Automate integration. I think auto deployment is #1 request but of course alerts and ticket creation is key!

Would love this integration, specifically what Carlos below clarified would be ideal!

Why is basic ticketing not already in the product?!? At the very least, how about email alerts? We have no visibility into what's going on with our clients unless we log into your portal and review it.

Integration with ConnectWise Manage for billing, ticketing and statistics is a "drop dead" requirement for us. We will have to go with Umbrella as it is the only product that currently meets those requirements.

The fact that this is 2 years old doesn't give me hope.

Since ConnectWise is multiple systems, I'll try to split what I would be looking for in each...
Manage - the integration would ideally accomplish two things. Tickets & Stats. The creation of tickets with correctly assigned companies, and configuration (for workstations/pcs) would be great, but that would depend on having the roaming client installed. Stats would be sent over similar to the way that the Postini stats used to come over, and be a simple line in the monthly reports. Just so that clients are aware of the multiple layers of defense that are in place.
Automate (Labtech) - having a complete integration that would provide a dashboard view to allow techs to stay within Automate. Something like the Cylance integration, that can push agents, policies, etc. (That's the one that comes to mind with individual settings for each level) Something that can push/create the individual clients/sites and create in the dashboard. Agent deployment pulling the codes, etc. from DNSFilter. That would let us define the client's site (matching location) in Automate, and IPs, etc. would be pushed over. It could then be enhanced with Monitors, Reports, to make sure clients are properly setup, etc.

Would just like to add that the ability to push "Deployed Agent" counts to CW Manage would be great. Ideally, we would be able to automatically push the agent counts into our CW Manage agreements for billing purposes.

It will be good to have CW Manage integration where DNS Filter sends alerts of our choice (eg C&C threats) to CW Manage.

Not sure if your talking Automate or Manage, but the ability to deploy the DNSFilter agent from Automate would be amazing!!
Also, support to push the number of users/agents to CW Manage would be useful.

@Matt:
It should be quite simple to deploy using Automate built in automation.
I am using Kaseya and I am deploying the roaming agents (MSI) files with the NKEY configured.

@Lionel: yeah, I have this working now via a script and a data field at the customer level for each client's secret key. Works like a champ.
