Currently there does not appear to be any way to set the "External ID" for each site when adding sites via the CSV import process. Adding this to the import sheet would make it much quicker & easier to add this data en masse, vs requring the user to manually update this for each site one at a time (especially when there are hundreds or thousands of sites).
