Use Latitude/Longitude for the "Physical Location" field when adding sites, vs. street address

There needs to be a way when adding sites (ESPECIALLY when performing a CSV import of sites) to use Lat/Long in the "Physical Location" field (i.e., 38.877047, -77.006048), as opposed to a street address. Our sites are all tracked via Lat/Long, as many of them do not have a USPS-recognized street address, being located on military bases.
I have already been informed that this should be feasible from the plug-in that is being used, it just needs to be implemented. I just wanted to point out that this should be made available not just to the UI, but also to the CSV import; we have hundreds of sites, and this task would be extremely time-consuming to update one-by-one.

Nick Saunders: I have some issues with this implementation.
Please correct me if I'm wrong, but it does not appear that we can actually do a CSV import of the GPS coordinates within the address field, because the coords themselves are comma-separated...so it throws the columns out of whack.
This means we still have to MANUALLY update sites one-by-one, which is extremely painful when there are literally HUNDREDS of sites to add.
If there's some different way of formatting the CSV import sheet, please update the downloadable "CSV Sample" sheet to include this.

Steven: Hey Steven, sorry about that confusion, to include coordinates in the CSV import you just need to put quotes around the coordinates so that the import skips over the comma separating lat and long. For example your file should look like this. I'll get that updated in our sample file so it's more clear.
