Add Matching IP/DNS Hostnames to Sites
Chris Mills
For Modems with Mutiple internet sources, We need to add all the static IP's and the dynamic DNS name to sites, however you can't add both as one of the IP's matches the DDNS IP. Please allow for both the IP and the DDNS to be added even if they match. the idea being the IP's witch are static will always be allowed and the dynamic name can resolve any changes/fail over addresses

Can get around this by entering a different IP for the DYN address before adding to the site and then relabeling the client updater. some firewall let you set this to something like an offline address. If you are givien an IP range you should use one of those that's not in use to make sure you aren't using another IP that's in use by accident. Or by entering a private IP for offline mode then switching to that.
But this is still an anoyance and makes sense that DNS filter would want to block you from doing this since it would cause inaccurate reporting. Wish it was an acknowledge instead just a block/error message.
