I hope this is merged into another one with even more votes.... dont care about about this new dashboard look of higher contrast and jquery animated menu... no one wants to have a zapier account to send info to their ticket system... a direct integration with autotask would be a huge win and even a major selling point for other MSPs

Would be ideal to not have to setup an account with zapier to integrate PSA.. Nice to be able to create new client from PSA so the company aligns. When someone reports a page to unblock it could make a ticket
Right now the only option is we have to have that email sent to the client and have that forwarded to PSA so that it comes from their email which automatically assigns it to the right company.
billing as well would be ideal to know how many devices are there

Autotask, would ideally be two way, so we can map services to the various plans and controll user counts from Autotask.
At minimum, if it can just sync users and products to AT.
Would also be great if you could add the ability for the blocked site emails to be identified as the company and user that that logged them when tickets are created.
Next would be the option to add threat occurrences to device asset notes or possibly create tickets when x amount of threats are blocked or same domain blocked for multiple users within a certain time period.

This! 100% this. I just received an email from a 'Customer Success Leader' stating that our 'average usage' showed to DNSFilter that we have more users than we are managing/supporting. If we have an actual way to sync user counts from Autotask, we wouldn't need to have these back-and-forth conversations with someone at DNSFilter about usage. The user counts would be consistently updated via PSA and we can have accurate billing.

The 2 largest PSA solutions in the industry are Connectwise & Autotask/Datto. I see an integration has been built for Connectwise already. Please let the next PSA integration built to be Autotask! :-)
