Chromebook - Block VPN Extensions in Chrome

Ability to block app/extension based vpn's such as ultra surf, hotspot shield etc. On chromebooks
This should be doable even when users are using guest mode in the chromebook.
DNSFilter already blocks vpn app from being installed on site.
But users can install it offsite from their own personal devices onto their personal gmail accounts ( since the apps install onto chrome as a extension).
This they then come onsite and log in via guest mode...and then log into their personal chrome browser..which has those vpn extensions installed.

Appreciate the idea! DNSFilter can block VPN traffic once it’s in use, but we can’t prevent Chrome extensions from being installed or synced. That piece lives with Chrome device management in the Google Admin Console.
In short: we can handle the traffic, Chrome Admin must handle the extensions.
