Custom block page message

Need to provide an option that directs the end user to a link, in this case to an IT portal where the request can be submitted to unblock. We do not allow email IT support so the email only option does not work for our processes and is clunky for users generating slack messages.

Can this please be actioned. Being able to customize the default message would be great. We have some clients that have internal IT, and they like the idea of the requests going to them to be approved, however when they go on leave it would be nice to say please contact so so if internal IT is not available.

This is sorely needed for us...depending upon which of our organizations we are talking about, we should have a custom, DNSFilter-hosted block page where we can provide the user with specific contact info (phone # and/or email address) if they need to report that something is being filtered incorrectly. Basically, we manage the org for our customer, and our customer provides their own technical support for their end-users, not us.
There is the ability to link to an external page, but that requires an additional cost to have that site hosted externally, as well as maintained completely separately from DNSFilter; this could make DNF an all-in-one solution for management, as well as saving users the cost of external page hosting. Every other DNS filtering service I've ever seen has the ability to host a customized Block Page.

The ability to provide a link on the block page to another site that could include the blocked domain in the URL. This would be used to implement a remote browser isolation such as Kasm kasmweb.com for a better browsing experience. How Kasm uses go url for redirection: https://kasmweb.com/docs/latest/guide/browser_isolation.html#go-url

Furhermore, we would like to put an URL in the page that redirects to a form for requesting the domain. This I think is really needed for my daily usage.

The current wording is confusing as many times people would like to contact us to whitelist a site simply because they require access, not because there is an "error"/miscategorization. Therefore we would like the ability to customize the block page message.
