Customer recommended adding Scam category

A customer has come across domains that aren't exactly phishing or malware but are websites designed to scam users out of money with bad business practices. We usually lump them together with the P&D category, but a Scam category could allow for more granular filtering of threats.

It would be good to understand this use case more. I would imagine you would always want to block any of these types of activity. Given that, is this more needed for reporting? Would definitely be great to hear the use cases.

Steve Staden maybe DNSFilter could offer categories like Cloudflare's ZTP categories: counterfit brands, questionable activities, spam, deceptive ads, malware, spyware, botnets, phishing, DGA domains, etc.
For spam specifically, "sites known for unsolicited content and activities."
Spyware is classified as "domains linked to data harvesting software." Deceptive ads is "sites known for misleading or malicious advertisements."
