This feature is now released! For MSPs wishing to check out the new global statistics view, you’ll note that there is a special designator in the organization drop down (as shown below). All you need to do is chose your MSP organization, and you’ll be taken to a new view where you may manage global organization settings as well as view global statistics across your sub organizations.

Ken Carnesi: Looks great!!

Matt: Thank you! I am glad you like it! We'll continue to improve from here, so it's good we could get a start on the reporting aspect of an MSP dashboard expansion first.

Quick update - things are going well and we are on track here. Barring any issues in final review, I would think we would be released on/before 5/16 as promised.

This project was started a few weeks ago - we should have V1 released within 3-4 weeks.

Ken, can you detail what we can expect from the v1 release of the Portal? Thanks!
Ken Carnesi
Sure - V1 is mainly focusing mainly on the initial separation of the MSP dashboard. In other words, we are trying to lay the groundwork for a more distinct disconnect between the MSP and non-MSP version.
Most of the update will be centered around reporting. That is, aggregate reporting and visibility into all of your sub-organizations from a single location, as opposed the current method (where you can only see reporting on a per sub-organization level).
Does that make sense? We're treating global settings as a second/different project so we don't bite off more than we can chew, and are able to more clearly focus on feedback for reporting versus administration.

Ken Carnesi: Sounds great! I know the global settings implications must be a challenge; but central reporting definitely sounds promising. Can't wait to check it out.

The ability to see if all sites of all MSP-Clients are online would safe lots of time for us.

Compared with the product we used before we miss the ability to see of all sites are online. Having to drill down regularly to each customer to find out if all sites are connected is quite arduous.
any update on ETA?

Any update on the progress of this feature?
Ken Carnesi
swAdmin: I apologize for the delay. I am moving this to planned, as we will be grouping this with global policies for MSPs. However, I believe we should start and finish within September or early October at the very latest.
swAdmin
Ken Carnesi: Any updates on the status of the MSP dashboard?
Josh Lamb
swAdmin: To give you an update, right now we are pushing for platform development on Android, iOS, and MacOS. We hope to focus on the MSP dashboard and MSP Global Policies issue after that.
