We recently faced a security concern where a user accessed Google Remote Desktop, which we couldn't block as there's no dedicated category for remote access websites in DNSFilter.

While the ecosystem blocker can block the Teamviewer application, it doesn't address the broader issue of blocking remote access websites as a category. We urgently need a new filtering category to block remote access websites like Google Remote Desktop, Teamviewer, and Webex. This feature would significantly enhance our cybersecurity measures.
