Re-release the Block Page Bypass

I need it for inline configured sites and roaming clients. It would be nice to be able turn this feature on/off per site and/or policy.

Yeah, just onboarded with DNSFilter and feeling crazy missing a key feature I'm fairly sure was there during my trial.

The bypass feature was the only reason I decided to adopt DNSFilter for my clients. I never want them to be fully prevented from visiting a site until my team can update an allow list. Strongly considering abandoning DNSFilter & demanding a refund since the time the feature was removed without notice.
