Sort the user list in alphabetical order

Currently it appears that the user list is in a random order with no option to reorder the Name or Email columns. This is very confusing when trying to find specific users or audit the user list for any reason, especially when we will have 100+ users soon.

And yes, I know there is a search box to search for a user. Regardless, the ability to sort a list like that is a basic expected feature for any UI presenting such a list. It is certainly not expected to be a randomized list.
