August 18th, 2022 Windows RC Release [v1.7.17]

A new version of the Windows Roaming client is being made available in the dashboard for download and installation. *This DOES NOT trigger the auto-upgrade at this time. We will post the schedule for auto-upgrade one week prior to triggering.
Improvements
Improved the Local Resolver so all IPs are tried despite any individual IP timeout that may occur. 
Improved how Windows Roaming Client refreshes Local Domains to reduce the delay in the DNSFilter Dashboard when entering local domains and local IPs. 
Bug Fixes
System tray goes offline - Fixed an issue where some clients are seeing the system tray go offline and the roaming client service stops working. 
Sleep mode stops service - Fixed an issue where some clients were seeing sleep mode causing the service to stop from waking the computer.
