We really just need "Global" local domains just like the allow and block lists, so MSPs and providers can add service domains that should never need to be filtered. The upside is that this will reduce the load for DNSFilter as a good 10-15 of our top 20 domains are tooling.

My suggestion would be able to copy over the local domain and resolvers from site x to site y.
