Auto-Activate iOS / Android Agent

It would be great if the DNS Filter iOS and Android agents would auto-register when started up the first time when the device was pre-populated with a config.
There are two advantages:
- the pupil can't edit the client name field
- we could activate the client remotely by sending a "single app mode" command to the device and then revoke the command again right away

Hello voters. Thanks for bringing this improvement request to our attention. I'm happy to report our iOS roaming client now supports automatic activation, meaning there's no need to open the app at all during deployment.
We'll continue to work to bring the same functionality to our Android roaming client.

This is essential for Chromebooks used in Education as the schools need to ensure that the policies are applied to the Chromebooks that are checked out and taken home.
