Feature Request raised from Support Tickets

When a customer presents a feature request in a support case, they are told to come here to Canny. There should be a feature for the support agent to log the request in Canny, and then add up votes to it (or similar) from other customers that request the same thing. Or link it to tickets that the suggestion would have solved.

Agreed. We do have the capability to add voters to specific requests. I'll make sure our support team is aware.
