Would be even better with multiple white and black lists, and possibility to append multiple lists to every customer. Then the lists wouldn´t be so cluttered and we could maintain one list for MS365 services, one for another vendor and so on.

To prevent false positives, it would make sense to globally whitelist URLs needed for Office 365 for all DNSFilter customers.

Global list is needed so that we can handle miscategorized websites that we discover. We can either submit a recategorization request or maintain the list on our own. Submitting a request doesn't scale well for us.
