Today there is no process for setting a password within the portal. This is a problem for multiple reasons, sometimes the customer is not getting the emails, other times they have opened a ticket with us, asking for us to reset the password for them, in each case, we have no ability to do this. Additionally, even if the user is logged in to the portal directly, they still have no ability to reset their own password via the portal. Finally, we typically automate logins to other portals via our portal, without knowing the passwords we have no way of doing this. We need the ability to set passwords for OUR customers.
