Review threats from top level, drill down into each threat and see which client tried to hit it
Brian Mayo
As an MSP, it's important to be able to quickly drill down to what you want to get from a dashboard. Attached is a screenshot from the top level dashboard, of threats. It's important to be able to click on a threat, and see which client sites...and ideally..which client endpoints, triggered the alert. I realize we can go up to insights and tip-toe through each and every client site to gather notes. That wasn't bad as we started out with DNS Filter and had just a couple of client sites on it, but we have over 2,000 endpoints in our RMM and I hope to get DNS FIlter agents on at least half of them. In which case, the current method to review threats is insanely time comsuming via going through each client site under insights. Should be able to click on each threat from the MSPs top overview dashboard..and see a list of infected endpoints.

Requests drill down to organizations from the MSP view
Adam Alsayeh
In MSP Dashboard > Reporting > Insights >All threats by domain. It would be useful to have the ability to drill down to organizations... to know a specific request(s) is coming from which organization. Alternatively, the admin should go through every organization individually to the location(s) of that request... Consider tons of them are there.

This is becoming a glaring omission in our MSP portal. I showed this to a few other techs in our office, hoping they're join me in reselling this to their clients. Both of them come right out.."So, you see the alerts up top...and you see that it has 2 or 4 requests...but how-t-f can you tell which user at which client made that request?" I pitched this to a tech savvy client of mine...same question. They kinda chuckled at this with a "Well, how is it useful to us? How do we know which users computer caused that alert so we can check it?" While I don't have a large number of my clients on DNS filter yet...it's about 15 clients and about 150 total users....right now, with my small amount, it's too much for me to drill down 80 layers and peruse through each individual client. I'd have to hire a part time kid to do this...so just imagine if I manage to sell a lot more DNS filter Pro agents to more clients...as I get to 100 clients and 2,000 end points. That's just not feasible. Makes the higher priced "Zorus" competitor much more attractive.

If I could vote for this a thousand times, I would.
