Change whitelist/blacklist to allow/deny lists
Zack
DNSFilter can offer to do this manually, providing that it's not required on a recurring basis.
If you are needing to copy the Blacklist/Whitelist to another policy, you can use the "Clone Policy" feature on the Filtering Policy page.
Can you tell us more about your use case for this feature?
Yechiel
Zack: For example, if we need to copy a large whitelist to a different policy that already has an existing whitelist. In this case we can't clone the policy as then we would lose the existing whitelist/categories etc. In addition, we don't want to feel like we're locked in. I think your customers will prefer if their data is portable.
Zack
Yechiel: That's certainly a valid use case. In the mean time, DNSFilter can offer to send any customer an export of their Whitelist or Blacklist, regardless if they're canceling their service or not.
