Feature Requests

At this point the only roles are Admin and Ready Only. It would be great if there was a "custom" option where you can decide what a user can do. That way you can create accounts that only are allowed to edit the Whitelist, Blacklist and Time Schedules. Besides this it would be nice if you can assign accounts to Deployments, so they are only able to edit the policies that are applied on their network.

Consider these remote desktop applications for AppAware: Splashtop Acronis Quick Assist

It is a step in the right direction to be able to remove stale users. However, it is only possible to select 1 at a time. We have many stale users that need removing, so could benefit from a clean up tool, similar to devices but with the option to exclude specific accounts if required.

Can we add more tools to the "remote desktop" AppAware library. Right now, we do have a bunch of other tools that we would like to block, such as splashtop, teamviewer, etc, but it's odd that only one app is listed as an option.

Would it be possible to have a scheduled report that showed a summary of blocked pages visited (Site/Domain, Category) that could be drilled down by User/Roaming Client?

Allow a single collection to have both manually selected users and AD/Entra synced groups and OUs.

As an MSP - I'd like to be able to custom brand the icon in the system tray with my company logo.

Ability to save a filter configuration/preset. Alternatively the ability to configure a report that will send findings of filter (ex: last 24 hrs, blocked requests within the category malware, phishing, etc)

Currently I can easily bypass the DNS filter by searching for another browser such as brave, downloading it and adding a vpn extension. The only way to stop this is to manually block all internet browsers (opera, vivaldi, brave, etc.). It would be very useful to have a one-click way to block all browser websites.
