Better Block Page Bypass Functionality (Multiple codes, expiration times, limited bypass access)

The ability to set a custom block page message instead of the default: "If you feel you've reached this page in error, please click here to notify the network administrator."

Currently, when someone hits a block page, we show the domain they requested; but it may actually be the case that this domain points to a CNAME of another domain, and that is the domain in question being blocked. We should in that case show the CNAME expansion, and which domain is actually blocked; to reduce confusion.

Provide the ability to add or pull from the Company information and add it to the summary for alerts when an end-user wishes to unblock websites. And/or use the end user's email as who is the sender of the request to unblock. Currently, the alert is a generic summary line, and the email comes from a generic email address. I am unable to parse it to assign it the proper company in my ticketing system.

Add a whitelist button in the Website Block Notification email which adds to the Policy.

Allow users to submit a Recategorization request right from block page.

Requesting the ability to add block time, username, and client/relay keys to the 302 redirect block page configuration.

It would be great to perhaps have the option to require a username and password for bypassing a block policy.

Redirects for users accessing suicidal and self-harming content to resources for mental health, hotlines, etc.

It will be helpful to set the sender of whitelist request to the email that is entered into the email field. Email notifying us of request to whitelist a website is shown as coming from [email protected] and not the requester. At a glance it shows us who it is coming from and also the PSA can tag it to the right company and user automatically.
