Allow Data Export to output different formats

We would like data export to send gz or txt format instead of csv.

Allow the ability through data explorer to export date ranges when viewing by domain, include agent data in the export

JSON output for Data Export

Just setup Data Export and looks like CSV is the only option. Any internal conversations on moving to JSON? This is way easier to parse.
