Feature Request Add a SaaS Offboarding Report that allows administrators to enter an employee's: Name Email address Directory identity (Azure AD / Entra ID integration when available) The system would then generate a report showing all SaaS, cloud, and web applications the user has potentially accessed while protected by DNSFilter. Business Problem: When an employee leaves an organization, IT staff often struggle to identify every SaaS application the user accessed over time. Organizations may have hundreds of cloud services in use, including: Microsoft 365 Salesforce Dropbox Box Asana Monday.com QuickBooks Online ChatGPT Claude AI Zoom Slack Industry-specific applications Many of these applications may be unknown to management and may still contain company data after the employee departs. The offboarding process currently requires manual review of browser history, DNS logs, security tools, expense reports, and interviews with managers to determine where access may exist. Additional Related Feature Request "Show Users of a SaaS Application" Allow administrators to select an application (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Dropbox, Salesforce, Zoom, etc.) and see: All users accessing the service First Seen Last Seen Usage frequency Devices used This would be extremely valuable for discovering unauthorized AI usage and shadow IT. As an MSP owner, I'd vote for this immediately because it turns DNSFilter from being only a DNS security platform into a valuable SaaS governance and offboarding tool.

Would it be possible to have a scheduled report that showed a summary of blocked pages visited (Site/Domain, Category) that could be drilled down by User/Roaming Client?

Implement scheduling options for automated reports of the Query Log

Customizable scheduled report that shows number of requests to specific domains broken down by user. Ability to limit/select domains included on report shows total requests to domain(s) shows all users those requests came from

We would like scheduled reports available for individual sites within an organization.

Would like to have a scheduled report to go to a specific client that shows these are the websites that were visited in the last 7 days.

I have to run a report monthly on attempted, blocked, and allowed pornography access from a particular site and deliver this to management in our State Office because of a general statute that requires this . This would be very helpful to be able to setup as a custom report.

We have Scheduled DNS Protection Summary Report. Can we get this kind of system generated report but more detailed, for example, top blocked and categorized requests and threats. Thanks.

The ability to run quarterly reports would be nice, some of our clients request those over monthly.

It would be nice to have daily reports that show results from all sites for these categories.
