As an MSP some of our clients like to manage their own ISP connection and periodically drop their static IP. As a backup it would be nice to have a backup network authentication source such as a dydnamic DNS provider like Oracle DYNDNS, No-IP or Duck DNS as an alternate. Currently get an error since this host name matches the current WAN/Static IP.

Hello DNSFilter team, It would be nice as a MSP to be able to bulk import users and set the permission of those users as well as the organizations that they should have access to. In addition it would be nice to be able once those users are active to bulk update either permissions or access to clients as needed. Lastly, being able to sort by the existing columns would be a nice feature to have too! Thanks!

As an MSP - I'd like to be able to custom brand the icon in the system tray with my company logo.

Would like to see all policy audit logs at the MSP level. Currently, we have to go through each tenant to see what policies were modified.

Ideally, we would like to report on each customers Filter policies, what is set on each, categories blocked, URL’s whitelisted and blocked, SafeSearch setting, Threats Set, AppWare blocked and unblocked,. We have a few customers now and having to go into each customer to report on the current settings can be time consuming.

Please allow MSPs to update subscription numbers (User Count / Guest WiFi APs count) via API

I'd love to see a section within the MSP Dashboard that allows for Global Management of client sites/policies/block pages. Ideally this would include a list of all sub-organizations with the ability to set/change policy and block page assignments without having to impersonate each organization to do so.

We've received a request for a whitelabel mobile app. The app would still be distributed by us (with our name) -- however we could have a generic app name, along with custom logo shown within the app; pulled down upon registration of the device.

Create a PSA Integration with the MSP platform SuperOps

An improvement where all reports and links are fully whitelabeled, ensuring no DNSFilter branding is visible. This includes removing any references or hyperlinks that directly reference DNSFilter, allowing customers to present the reports entirely under their own brand identity. Scheduled reports currently have DNSFilter footers and e-mail layout that is not suitable for distributing externally, unless we save the document and cut out the footer to send it manually.
